Breakfast is the most important food of the day! As a person who dislikes breakfast I have come to do intensive research which concluded that morning fruit shakes do the best job on fulfilling healthy diets!

What you’ll need:
1/8 cup Oatmeal
1/2 cup Whole Milk
1 pinch Cinnamon
2tbsp Brown sugar
1/2tsp Vanilla extract
1 cup Frozen Fruits
1 banana sliced
1 handful of ice cubes
1 scoop of protein powder
PREP:
Once you have all your ingredients in, blend until smooth!
Frozen fruits I use: I buy Campoverde products
Papaya
Strawberries
Watermelon
Cantaloupe
Pineapple
Mango
Grapes
*Not remembering all right now
Protein Powder I use is: Designer Whey (buy at GNC)
